Just Plain Killers is an initiative by BHDD OSUS to keep South Carolinians informed about the risks of opioid use, the dangers of fentanyl and the recovery resources available in our state for substance use disorders.

Fake pills are designed to look like prescription pills but can contain lethal doses of fentanyl — and you cannot tell just by looking at them. Just Plain Killers is a reminder that as the presence of fentanyl spreads, just one pill can kill.
